What you'll do

  • Prepare and cook nutritious, high-quality meals for residents and staff.
  • Take responsibility for the kitchen and make sure meals are prepared and served on time.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness across the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene and health and safety procedures at all times.
  • Check stock levels and order or replenish ingredients and supplies when required.
  • Work closely with colleagues and communicate clearly to ensure the service runs smoothly.
  • Work confidently and safely when working independently.

  • Previous experience in a professional cooking or catering role is essential.
