We're looking for a motivated Front of House Hospitality Supervisor at St Leonards School to lead the team and deliver high-quality service. You'll support day-to-day catering operations, hospitality events, and ensure excellent standards across service, safety, and customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise the Front of House team to deliver service in line with client expectations
  • Support daily catering operations and hospitality events
  • Work closely with the Manager and Executive Chef to ensure smooth service
  • Schedule staff and support recruitment and training
  • Manage stock levels and assist with ordering
  • Ensure equipment is prepared for events and services
  • Act as Allergen Champion and maintain food safety standards
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation
  • Monitor health and safety compliance and report incidents
  • Respond to customer feedback and support continuous improvement
  • Support kitchen or counter service when required

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in a catering or hospitality supervisory role
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Level 2 or 3 Food Hygiene qualification
