You should be able to provide and maintain an efficient, clean, safe working environment in all kitchens and back of house areas. To follow responsibilities as defined in cleaning schedule. You will help maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety while working as part of a busy and supportive team. Package Description 12.71 per hour, paid weekly Casual hours available across the week Excellent training & development opportunities Opportunity to get involved across the wider business during peak times Main Responsibilities Maintain the kitchen and back of house cleanliness in accordance to food hygiene regulations, using the correct cleaning chemicals in the correct areas/surfaces. Ensure that the daily, weekly, monthly cleaning schedules are completed and signed for. Ensure there are adequate cleaning chemicals and equipment. Make sure they are used and maintained in both a safe and cost effective manner. Ensure adherence to all food safety, health and safety policies, procedures and legislation as defined. Continuously strive for higher standards of cleanliness. Assist in other areas as required by the Exec chef, Sous chefs, Kitchen Manager, CPU operations Manager Ideal Candidate Excellent verbal communication skills Being friendly yet professional Being a reliable team player Good attention to detail and punctuality Being proactive is key Experience within a back of house kitchen setting
