As a Senior Subway Artist Supervisor at Sodexo, based at Royal Stoke Hospital, you\’ll lead in delivering high-quality catering services in a healthcare setting. - Oversee daily Subway produce production in line with specifications.
- Ensure food storage and preparation meet Subway and Sodexo standards.
- Lead the team during key service periods.
- Monitor stock levels and maintain product availability.
- Receive, check, and store deliveries.
- Maintain a safe working environment.
- Ensure personal hygiene and uniform standards.
- Deliver high customer service standards and achieve survey results.
- Promote Subway and Sodexo brands.
- Support inventory stock takes and place weekly orders.
- Declare till daily and record bread count.
- Support staff performance and management needs.
- Deliver training, conduct appraisals, and competency checks.
- Maintain stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Stay informed of promotional activities and stock relevant products.
