Senior Sous Chef – Epsom, KT18 5UX – Full time

We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Senior Sous Chef to play a key role in delivering a premium culinary experience at our flagship corporate client site in Epsom.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Food Development Lead in creating and delivering exceptional, high-quality food.
  • Ensure all food preparation and service meet company and client standards for taste, presentation, and safety.
  • Maintain strict adherence to HACCP, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
  • Monitor stock levels and support cost control through accurate reporting and ordering.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to uphold a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and excellence.
  • Conduct regular equipment and safety checks, reporting issues promptly.
  • Represent Sodexo in a professional and client-focused manner at all times.
