Take the lead in delivering safety, professionalism, and reassurance as a Senior Security Guard with Sodexo. In this key frontline role, you'll support the management team by providing day-to-day senior supervision to the security team, helping to ensure smooth and effective site operations. You'll act as a trusted and experienced security professional for the Client, maintaining high standards of vigilance, service, and response at all times. Alongside your operational duties, you'll play an important role in mentoring and supporting colleagues, providing guidance, administration support, and leadership to help develop a strong, confident, and effective security team.
What You'll Do:
- Support the management team in supervising all security operations and ensuring consistent service delivery across the client estate to agreed standards with Sodexo.
- Lead and support the Security Team, ensuring compliance with dress code, PPE, training, site rules, and overall professional standards.
- Manage daily operations including site access control, patrols, CCTV monitoring, alarm response, gate/turnstile duties, and emergency incident response.
- Produce accurate reports and documentation, including incident reports, witness statements, CCTV reviews, and performance/action follow-ups.
- Collate and present security data and reports (daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc) in a timely and professional manner for both Sodexo and the Client.
- Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
