Responsibilities:
- Greet staff and visitors and ensure they adhere to the required security protocols
- Conduct regular patrols, ensuring a visible and reassuring presence
- Complete detailed handovers and report on any incidents
- Monitor CCTV coverage and respond to unplanned activity accordingly
- Liaise closely with statutory authorities dealing with incidents and provision of information
- Maintain continuous monitoring of site radio systems adhering to radio system procedure at all times
- Be professional, pleasant, friendly, courteous and helpful at all times whilst carrying out duties to the highest standard
- Support Sodexo with 24 hours security operations on site
- Liaise with security officers and front of house manager regarding planning of daily and rota shift pattern
Qualifications:
- SIA Frontline Guarding License
- PC Literate with an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft products
- Experience of time management
- Proven experience as a corporate security officer or similar positions
- An eye for detail, with strong observational and communication skills
- Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively
- An understanding of security practices and processes
