What you’ll do:
- Greet staff and visitors and ensure they adhere to the required security protocols.
- Conduct regular patrols, ensuring a visible and reassuring presence.
- Complete detailed handovers and report on any incidents.
- Monitor CCTV coverage and respond to unplanned activity accordingly.
- Liaise closely with statutory authorities dealing with incidents and provision of information.
- Maintain continuous monitoring of site radio systems adhering to radio system procedure at all times.
- Be professional, pleasant, friendly, courteous and helpful at all times whilst carrying out duties to the highest standard.
- Support Sodexo with 24 hours security operations on site.
- Liaise with security officers and front of house manager regarding planning of daily and rota shift pattern.
What you’ll bring:
- SIA Frontline Guarding License.
- PC Literate with an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft products.
- Experience of time management.
- Proven experience as a corporate security officer or similar positions.
- An eye for detail, with strong observational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively.
- An understanding of security practices and processes.
