Responsibilities
- Monitor and secure all client-occupied floors, maintaining safety and order at all times.
- Manage access control and issue photographic passes for staff and visitors across UK and global locations.
- Escort VIPs and respond swiftly to panic alarms or incidents requiring urgent support.
- Act as part of the emergency response team, playing a key role in evacuation procedures.
- Monitor multi‑site CCTV systems (domestic and international) and proactively identify vulnerabilities.
- Conduct regular site patrols and report health and safety risks as they arise.
