Heritage Portfolio is seeking a talented Baker to join our Central Production Kitchen in Leith, Edinburgh. You will assist with all aspects of Bakery operations, with training provided on the job, supporting our catering services across Scotland's cultural venues.
We bake 5,000–7,000 pieces of cake weekly and strive for fresh, made-from-scratch products. The ideal candidate has a passion for baking, strong team spirit and Level 2 Food Hygiene certification.
