Main Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Client Relations in shaping and delivering the client engagement strategy across your portfolio, ensuring alignment with Sodexo's values and operational standards.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, acting as a senior point of contact and ensuring their needs are understood, prioritised and met.
  • Oversee day-to-day client service activity, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across all contracts and service lines.
  • Lead, coach and support members of the Client Relations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and service excellence.
  • Analyse client feedback, performance data and operational insights to identify opportunities for improvement, innovation and added value.
  • Support the management of complex or high-profile client issues, ensuring swift resolution and clear, transparent communication.
  • Collaborate with operational, commercial and support teams to ensure seamless delivery and a unified approach to client satisfaction.
  • Represent Sodexo in client meetings, reviews and strategic discussions, championing our commitment to quality of life, safety and responsible business practices.

  • Proven experience in a senior client relations, account management or customer-focused leadership role, ideally within a service-led or contract-based environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
