40 hours per week 5:00pm to 1:30am £16.89 per hour + Sodexo employee benefits package. Meals included on shift and free parking onsite. Opportunities for career development.

Sodexo is looking for a hands-on culinary leader to oversee and drive food operations at our site in Hinckley, with occasional support at Smethwick and Broadwell. You’ll take charge of delivering fresh, great-tasting food while ensuring safety, consistency, and exceptional service across all meals.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and motivate on-site catering teams to deliver excellent service and drive high staff engagement.
  • Oversee the daily delivery of fresh, high-quality food that drives sales and achieves gross margin targets.
  • Maintain full compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations.
  • Monitor financial performance, stock and implement actions for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer satisfaction across all service periods.
  • Contribute to innovation, marketing campaigns, and business development within the contract.
  • Support catering operations at Smethwick and Broadwell sites as required.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in a similar catering or food service management role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a track record of developing teams.
  • Commercially focused with an understanding of cost control, and business planning.
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety, health & safety, and relevant legislation (COSHH, HACCP, etc.).
  • Ability to work flexibly across shift patterns to engage staff on all services.
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (travel expenses paid).
