Working Hours & Benefits
- 40 hours per week
- 5 days out of 7, various 8 hour shifts between the hours of 7am and 10:30pm.

What you’ll do:
- Lead by example and inspire your team to complete all tasks efficiently and to the highest standard.
- Take charge of orders, stock management, keeping a close eye on deliveries and ensuring shelves are fully stocked.
- Supervise daily operations, manage team activities, including training.
- Be the go-to person for customer queries and support.
- Foster a positive and open-minded culture, driving new initiatives and creative ways of working within the store.
- Promote and support offers, discounts, and loyalty schemes to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised store environment, adhering to Health and Safety standards.
- Confidently verify IDs for restricted items, ensuring compliance with store policies.
- Cooking basic food items (such as Sausage Rolls, Bacon Baps in an oven).
What you bring:
- Previous supervisory experience in retail, customer service or hospitality role, with a proven ability to support a team.
- A hands-on approach and passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Ability to take the reins when the retail manager is away, showing initiative and confidence.
- Strong team-building skills, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
- Experience with store openings and closures, and familiarity with key-holder responsibilities.
- A proactive mindset, ensuring both you and your team stay ahead of tasks and deliver the best service possible.
