Overview
We currently have an opportunity for Retail Stand Manager\’s to join our team at Nottingham Forest Football Club. This opportunity will be to join the team for the 2026/27 Football Season. With the opportunity to work at Matchdays and Non matchdays, this is a great opportunity for driven individuals to succeed in a fast and innovative catering facility. We are looking for outstanding customer focused individuals to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression. Ideally you will have worked within the hospitality sector previously and have a good foundation and knowledge of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Attending pre-match meetings for Match Day\’s with the Retail Manager
- Ensuring catering outlets are ready for service at the agreed time for opening
- When required, assisting Team Leaders
- Checking open stock and documenting any alterations on stock sheets
- Completing stock checks and ensuring all company polices/procedures are being adhered to
- Always adhering to Food Safety alongside Health & Safety procedures
- Completing relevant documentation as required by the company
- Reporting staff potential to the Retail Manager, to aid in supporting their progression
- Regular checks on designated catering outlets, including end of service cleaning
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in managing a team is a must
- Great customer service and confident to diffuse customer complaints
- Great attention to detail alongside being able to work under pressure
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Experience within a Hospitality, bar or catering venue
- Experience in Stadiums is preferable, but not essential
Contract & Benefits
- Retail Stand Manager – 19.50 per hour
- Flexible working – Match Days and Non-Match Days (C&E Events) which includes evening & weekend shifts
