Overview
Retail Stand Manager role at Sodexo Live!. Flexible working – Match Days and Non-Match Days (C&E Events), which includes evening and weekend shifts. Casual contract.
Responsibilities
- Attending pre-match meetings with the Retail Manager
- Ensuring catering outlets are ready for service at the agreed opening time
- When required, assisting Team Leaders
- Checking open stock and documenting alterations on stock sheets
- Completing stock checks and ensuring all company policies and procedures are adhered to
- Always adhering to Food Safety and Health & Safety procedures
- Completing relevant documentation as required by the company
- Reporting staff potential to the Retail Manager to support progression
- Regular checks on designated catering outlets, including end-of-service cleaning

- Retail Stand Manager – £19.50 per hour
- Flexible working – Match Days and Non-Match Days (C&E Events) including evening & weekend shifts
- Casual Contract
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in managing a team is a must
- Great customer service and confidence to diffuse customer complaints
- Great attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
- Experience in Stadiums is preferable, but not essential
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Experience within a Hospitality, bar or catering venue
