What you’ll do:
- Lead, motivate, and develop retail, leisure, and guest services teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, rotas, training, and performance reviews.
- Oversee day-to-day retail and leisure operations, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, safety, and presentation.
- Drive revenue growth and support commercial performance through events, promotions, and operational initiatives.
- Monitor budgets, financial performance, and reporting to support business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, partners, and stakeholders.
- Handle escalated customer issues professionally and use feedback to improve services and operations.
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety, safeguarding, fire safety, and company policies.
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, incident investigations, and maintain accurate compliance records.
- Support marketing campaigns, seasonal events, and customer engagement initiatives to increase footfall and brand loyalty.
What you bring:
- Essential: Previous experience managing retail, leisure, hospitality, or customer-focused operations.
- Strong leadership, people-management, and team development skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship-building abilities.
- Commercially focused with experience managing budgets, KPIs, and operational performance.
- Good understanding of health & safety, compliance, and operational procedures.
- Proven experience managing client and customer relationships.
- Desirable: Experience working within a military environment.
