The predicted salary is between 12 - 16 £ per hour.
30 hours per week, 4 or 5 days per week Monday to Sunday depending on business needs. Shifts run between 6:30 am and 3:45 pm; flexibility may be required for evening and weekend work. Pay rate: £12.21 per hour. Employees receive a 10% discount at the Costcutter shop onsite, free car parking, reduced‑cost gym use onsite, subsidised food on site, and access to the Historic Dockyard at FMSP Portsmouth. Other onsite perks include Families Day and special events, Sodexo rewards and benefits, and discounts at Sodexo partner brands. Due to security requirements you must have been continuously resident in the UK for the last 3 years to apply for this position.
Responsibilities
- Serve customers with a friendly, professional approach.
- Operate tills and handle transactions efficiently.
- Serve beverages (e.g., tea, coffee).
- Cook basic food items such as a toastie in an oven.
- Stock replenishment.
