Are you passionate about safeguarding business operations, protecting reputations, and building organisational resilience? At Sodexo UK & Ireland, we\'re seeking a Resilience Business Partner to ensure our business can continue to thrive during and after disruptions. This is a critical role that will shape the way we prepare for, respond to, and recover from challenging events.

As a Resilience Business Partner, you will lead the development, implementation, and management of strategies to mitigate risks and ensure rapid recovery from incidents. By working closely with business leaders and managers, you\'ll align resilience strategies with overall objectives, ensuring every function is prepared for the unexpected and positioned for success.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work with senior management to align business continuity efforts with the overall business strategy
  • Building on the foundations of Sodexo\'s BCMS by validating and developing scope, business continuity policy, framework, processes and governance arrangements
  • Own and maintain the regional ISO 22301 Business continuity management systems certification and associated BCMS documentation
  • Raising awareness of, and commitment to, business resilience so that it is embraced as an integral element of our culture and an established part of business-as-usual activities
  • Conducting business impact analysis and risk assessments to identify threats to business operations
  • Collaborating with segments and transversal functions in assessing, selecting and proposing strategies and solutions that enable the business to mitigate risks and achieve continuity in the event of disruption
  • Support establishing and maintaining the agreed business continuity solutions, mitigation measures and the supporting plans and procedures
  • Plan and deliver an exercise and testing programme to continuously improve business resilience capabilities and competency
  • Support the UK&I Head of Quality & Compliance to develop appropriate objectives to measure the regional business resilience and continuity management performance
  • Confirming business continuity plans and procedures in place are up to date and effective and that the BCMS remains fit for purpose
Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, management, or a related field
  • CBCI 7.0 Certification Course or equivalent
  • Proven experience in business resilience and continuity management within complex organisations
  • Understanding of ISO 22301 and its application
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess risks and develop effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Full UK and Ireland driving Licence; Fully mobile to travel across the UK and Ireland Region
