We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Nightshift Cleaning Supervisor to supervise our cleaning team at a prestigious corporate client site. What you'll do:
- Supervise and support a team of nightshift cleaning operatives, ensuring all duties are completed to the highest standard.
- Allocate daily tasks, manage workflow, and monitor performance to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment across all assigned areas (e.g., office spaces, laboratories, corridors, communal zones).
- Carry out routine inspections and quality checks, proactively addressing any issues.
- Provide hands-on cleaning support when required, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the team.
- Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation procedures, ensuring staff follow correct protocols at all times.
- Act as the primary contact for nightshift operations, escalating issues and communicating effectively with site management.
- Support new starters with training, guidance, and ongoing development.
What you'll bring:
- Previous cleaning or facilities experience - supervisory experience is highly desirable, but strong supervision skills and a positive attitude are equally valued.
- Ability to motivate, guide, and support a team while maintaining high operational standards.
