Sodexo is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the catering operation at Sullom Voe Terminal in Shetland. You will oversee daily catering, develop the onsite team and ensure food quality, safety and budget targets are achieved.
Responsibilities include managing food preparation, stock, and waste; maintaining HACCP and hygiene standards; and delivering services in line with client expectations and Sodexo policies.
