As a Receptionist with Sodexo, you'll be the welcoming face of our vibrant corporate site, offering a helping hand to ensure flawless workplace operations and shape that all-important guest experience. Enjoy a role where you'll love what you do.
What you'll do:
- Deliver a professional five-star service to all guests, visitors, and clients at all times.
- Manage meeting and event bookings accurately using the appropriate booking systems and procedures.
- Ensure all administration for visiting clients is completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Provide a welcoming and professional first point of contact, handling switchboard calls in line with company standards.
- Prepare meeting and dining rooms to client specifications, ensuring rooms are clean, organised, and fully operational.
- Provide first-line audio visual and videoconference support, assisting clients with meeting room technology when required.
- Conduct regular checks of meeting spaces and equipment to maintain high presentation and operational standards.
- Report faults, maintenance concerns, or technical issues promptly through the appropriate helpdesk channels.
- Maintain excellent communication with clients, colleagues, and departments to ensure all booking and event requirements are delivered successfully.
- Follow all company security procedures and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Support management with additional reasonable duties within the scope of the role when required.
