What you'll do:
- Deliver high-quality cleaning services across designated areas, ensuring consistently high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
- Carry out both scheduled and reactive cleaning tasks, responding promptly to urgent requests, spillages, and contamination incidents.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with site cleaning schedules, company standards, and client expectations.
- Proactively identify cleanliness and hygiene issues, taking appropriate action and escalating concerns when necessary.
- Replenish consumables and maintain cleaning supplies to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
- Operate cleaning equipment and machinery safely and effectively, reporting any faults or defects promptly.
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures, including COSHH, Risk Assessments, Method Statements (RAMS), and the correct use of PPE.
- Build positive working relationships with clients, colleagues, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to support excellent service delivery.
- Support site emergency and escalation procedures by responding effectively to urgent cleaning requirements when needed.
- Promote sustainable cleaning practices through waste reduction, recycling, and environmentally responsible working methods.
- Ensure cleaning equipment, chemicals, and storage areas are maintained safely and securely at all times.
- Assist in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for all building users.
What you'll bring:
- Previous cleaning experience is beneficial, but not essential as full training will be provided.
