Join Sodexo as a Part-Time Cleaner and be part of a team that takes pride in creating clean, welcoming, and well-prepared spaces. Reporting to the Cleaning and Waste Manager, you’ll help maintain high standards by cleaning areas, setting up meeting rooms, and ensuring stationery supplies are fully stocked and ready for use. You’ll follow guidance from your manager or team lead, deliver a strong customer-focused service in line with Sodexo values, and support the wider team as part of a One Service Team approach. You’ll also assist with any additional tasks as required, playing an important role in keeping the site running smoothly and professionally.

What you’ll do:

  • Take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness across a variety of areas, including toilets, shower rooms, offices, meeting rooms, corridors, communal spaces, first aid rooms, and stairways.
  • Support smooth day-to-day operations by setting up meeting rooms, adjusting layouts as requested, and ensuring spaces are clean, organised, and ready to use.
  • Keep meeting rooms fully equipped by regularly checking and restocking stationery supplies.
  • Monitor and manage cleaning stock levels, ensuring supplies are always available and stored correctly.
  • Work safely and responsibly by following COSHH, RAMS, and guidance from Site Leads, while promptly reporting any hazards.
  • Be a reliable team player—helping to create a clean, professional environment, complying with health and safety standards, and keeping accurate records as required.

What you bring:

  • Previous experience in a cleaning or facilities role.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy environment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to manage daily tasks efficiently.
  • A good understanding of health and safety practices, with a commitment to following site procedures.
