Main Responsibilities

• Supervise bar staff on site.
• Manage bar operations.
• Perform duties that positively reflect the business.
• Provide excellent customer service with a helpful and dedicated approach.
• Support the team while maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Monitor team activity and assist customers as needed.

• Experience supervising a bar or managing a cellar.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Smart and tidy appearance.
