Sodexo is recruiting a Prison Offender Manager (POM) for HMP Peterborough. You will manage a caseload of prisoners, drive sentence progression and ensure risks are assessed and managed from custody into the community.
Working within the HMPPS Offender Management in Custody model, you will collaborate with prison colleagues, probation services and external partners to deliver effective case management, sentence planning and resettlement support, with structured development during the first months.
