We’re hiring Team Leaders for matchdays at Preston North End Football Club. This role includes handling alcoholic beverages and casual work during evenings and weekends.
Main Responsibilities
- Welcoming retail customers, ensuring till orders are taken correctly and that food/beverages are served in a timely manner.
- Dealing with complaints and liaising with the Retail Stand Manager regarding matchday operations.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering an optimal client service experience.
- Answering questions and making suggestions regarding food and beverage choices.
- Leading a small team on a public kiosk bar in the matchday retail sector, organising staff roles for the shift, managing customer queues, and completing necessary paperwork.
