What You’ll Do

  • Oversee finance operations across multiple sites, ensuring results are reported accurately and on time.
  • Partner with General Managers and operational teams to analyse performance, highlight opportunities, and challenge overspends.
  • Support monthly results, budgets, forecasts and KPI reporting to both Sodexo Live! leadership and clients.
  • Ensure strong financial controls across all event operations, including matchdays and live events.
  • Provide insightful analysis to improve cost management, revenue capture and contract efficiency.
  • Build strong working relationships with clients, operational teams and the wider Sodexo finance community.
  • Act as a key point of contact for external reporting, delivering timely, accurate and professional outputs.

Qualifications

  • Studying towards a professional accountancy qualification (or qualified by experience).
  • Strong Excel and variance analysis skills.
  • Experience in management accounts, budgets and forecasts (desirable).
  • Experience with large financial systems such as SAP / Eprophit (desirable).
  • Knowledge of contract catering or high-volume retail environments (preferred).
  • Confident working with both senior stakeholders and operational teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, commercial awareness and attention to detail.
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset with the ability to challenge and support.

Job Details

  • Covering 3 North West stadium sites – Preston North End, Blackburn Rovers, Lancashire County Cricket Club
  • £40,000pa + excellent bonus and benefits package
  • 40hrs pw predominantly Mon – Friday with flexibility for events
