Responsibilities
- All products and food items are prepared and served as per pre‑agreed food specification.
- All food items for service are present, portion controlled as per Head & Executive Chef instructions.
- To ensure and maintain the quality of food preparation, production, and presentation within the venue with correct use of equipment.
- To ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen to the standard of EHO requirements.
- Visual hazard check of kitchen.
- Correct PPE is worn throughout the shift; full uniform blue trousers and tops, safety shoes must be worn at all times.
