The predicted salary is between 27600 - 28800 £ per year.
40 hours per week Monday to Friday 06:00 - 15:00. However, you may be required to work hours outside of these according to business needs, including evening and weekends.

As a Cleaning Supervisor at Sodexo, based in HM Naval Base Portsmouth, PO1 4QT, you will be entrusted with overseeing cleaning services that help create a safe, healthy, and welcoming environment for all. Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate your team to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Maintain cleanliness in offices, kitchens, toilets, and communal areas, ensuring a hygienic environment.
- Manage inventory and order supplies like cleaning products and consumables.
- Champion health and safety practices, conducting regular safety checks and reporting hazards.
- Provide ongoing feedback and support to your team to ensure their success and well-being.
- Deliver excellent customer service, responding to queries and concerns professionally.
Requirements:
- Experience in cleaning or a supervisory role, with knowledge of cleaning techniques and products.
