We are currently recruiting for a Production Chef to join our catering team in Wrexham. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and reliable individual with a passion for food preparation and customer service. The successful candidate will support the daily catering operation by preparing and serving food and beverages to a high standard while ensuring full compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to company standards
  • Complete kitchen ordering and HACCP documentation
  • Support the daily catering operation and Chef Manager
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Operate the EPOS till system
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and vending machines onsite
  • Follow all food safety, health & safety, and company procedures
  • Support across all catering areas as required

Qualifications

  • Previous catering experience
  • Good cooking knowledge and food safety awareness
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Positive, reliable and team-focused attitude
  • Able to work independently and use initiative
