About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead service delivery across a high-profile corporate contract . This is a key leadership role within our Corporate Services function, with responsibility for driving operational excellence and compliance across a diverse range of integrated soft services in a regulatory environment.
As the lead Sodexorepresentative for your business function, you will be accountable for theperformance, development, and transformation of service lines aligned to bothSodexo and client objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary interface with key stakeholders across the client business (Mars).
- Ensure compliant and efficient delivery of FM services within a regulated environment.
- Set clear priorities and lead circa 30 employees to meet business-critical needs.
- Monitor and improve operational performance, taking proactive steps where required.
- Drive transformation initiatives, continuous improvement and strategic service development.
- Champion safety, quality, and compliance with SHE and GxP obligations.
- Support and lead internal and external audits as required.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and development within your teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in operational leadership within regulatory corporate environments.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive performance.
- Demonstrated experience managing teams across complex service portfolios.
- Effective communicator with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Skilled in building and developing high-performing teams.
- Familiarity with LEAN principles, transformation initiatives, and service innovation.
- Experience in managing change, mentoring others, and delivering strategic objectives.
