Sodexo is seeking a Programme Facilitator to join the Offending Behaviour Programmes Unit at HMP Northumberland. You will deliver accredited interventions to support individuals in addressing thinking patterns and reduce reoffending, as part of a dedicated rehabilitation team.
You will follow OSIG requirements, PSIs/PSOs, complete assessments, write reports, run group sessions, and work with offender management colleagues to promote safety and resettlement.
