The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

Applicants must be 18+ to be considered for this role. This is a 24 hours per week/ 3 full days (or equivalent hours worked per week) position, home based, but with an expectation to travel to sites 2-3 times on a monthly basis.

£40,000.00 FTE per annum, with the role eligible for bonus, Sodexo rewards, and benefits.

Job Introduction

Lead the Future of Workplace Health & Wellbeing! Sodexo is looking for a qualified Dietitian to drive our flagship Mindful Active programme. Inspire change, innovate menus, and deliver expert nutrition content across our MOD sites.

What You’ll Do:

  • Programme Leadership: Take ownership of the Mindful Active programme, delivering engaging health and wellbeing activities and content that truly make a difference.
  • Client Engagement: Represent Sodexo at Health & Wellbeing events, offering expert advice and running educational sessions to inspire and empower.
  • Content Development: Create and curate nutrition-focused content for digital platforms including the Everyday app, social media, and digital screens.
  • Menu Innovation: Collaborate with culinary teams to develop menus that are delicious, nutritious, and aligned with our wellbeing goals.
  • Thought Leadership: Lead nutrition-related communications, contributing to marketing and communications strategies to showcase our expertise.
  • Partnership Management: Build and maintain relationships with key industry bodies such as the British Nutrition Foundation and the Institute of Naval Medicine.
  • Bid & Project Support: Provide expert input for client pitches and discrete projects across the Marketing function, showcasing Sodexo’s nutrition excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree or postgraduate qualification in Dietetics
  • Registered with the UK Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience, with proven expertise in menu analysis and nutritional planning
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in corporate or institutional catering environments
  • Familiarity with digital health content and platforms
