We currently have an opportunity for Retail Staff – Cashier to join our team at Nottingham Forest Football Club. This opportunity will be to join the team for the 2026/27 Football Season. It includes work on matchdays and non-matchdays in a fast‑paced catering facility. The retail general admission areas of the stadium are busy and offer a fantastic atmosphere.

  • £12.71 per hour
  • Flexible working – Match Days and Non-Match Days (C&E Events), including evening and weekend shifts
  • Casual Contract

Main Responsibilities

  • Handling and preparing alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks
  • Processing payments using the tills in the kiosk
  • Restocking food and drink items in the kiosk
  • Welcoming guests and taking orders
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering an optimal client service experience
  • Serving guests in a friendly, welcoming, and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Answering questions and making suggestions regarding food and beverage choices
