Retail Kiosk Staff opportunity at Nottingham Forest Football Club for the 2026/27 Football Season. The role involves working on matchdays and non-matchdays in a fast and innovative catering facility. The retail general admission areas of the stadium are busy and offer a fantastic atmosphere. We require Kiosk Cashiers (for those over the age of 18) and Pourers (for those over the age of 16) to work in the various kiosks within the stadium. We are looking for outstanding customer focused individuals to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression. Ideally you will have worked within the hospitality sector previously, but we are open to those who are looking to secure their first role and those who want to learn lots of new skills.
Responsibilities
- Handling and preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Taking payments for drinks using the tills in the kiosk
- Restock food and drink items in the kiosk
- Welcoming guests and taking orders
- Care about customer satisfaction and deliver the optimal client service experience
- Serving guests in a friendly, welcoming, and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Help answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage choices and related items
Requirements / Qualifications
- Experience within hospitality
- A flexible "can do" attitude
- The ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment
