Package Description
Rate of Pay: £13.66 per hour. Flexible working: Matchdays and non‑matchdays (C & E Events), including evening and weekend shifts.
Main Responsibilities
- Delivering exceptional service to guests and managing staff.
- Always adhering to Food Safety alongside Health & Safety procedures.
- Completing relevant documentation as required by the company.
- Reporting staff potential to the fixed Hospitality management team to aid in supporting their progression.
- Adhering to Food Allergens process and procedures.
- Assisting guests with queries and resolving any issues.
- Leading and motivating a team while driving a great guest experience and maintaining high service standards.
- Managing opening/closing procedures of your allocated Hospitality area.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience in hospitality, bar or catering venue.
- Team player and confident in managing staff.
