Join our team at Nottingham Forest Football Club as Kitchen Porter for the 2026/27 football season. The role provides opportunities to work on matchdays and non-matchdays within a fast and innovative catering facility. We are looking for outstanding, customer-focused individuals to join a world leading food and facilities management company. Previous catering experience is desirable and our experiences are unique, with opportunities for career progression.
Responsibilities
- Assist at special functions and matchdays, some of which may occur outside normal working hours.
- Ensure compliance with the Food Safety Act 1990.
- Ensure all tableware, serving dishes and cooking utensils are cleaned in a timely manner.
- Clean allocated pieces of catering equipment using instructions and cleaning materials.
- Dispose of waste from catering areas to designated collection points.
- Operate an industrial dishwasher.
- Maintain a clean working environment at all times, with emphasis on hygiene.
- Ensure end-of-day cleanliness of the dishwasher with a daily clean to a safe hygienic standard.
- Ensure proper storage and disposal of all waste products.
- Assist with deliveries of goods.
You must be over 18 for this role.
