We currently have an opportunity for Hospitality Staff to join our team at Nottingham Forest Football Club. This opportunity will be to join the team for the 2026/27 Football Season. With the opportunity to work at Matchdays and Non-matchdays, this is a great opportunity for driven individuals to succeed in a fast and innovative catering facility.
The hospitality areas require Bar Staff, Food Runners and Plate Waiters to work in the bustling, friendly hospitality areas within the stadium including restaurants, lounges and boxes. We are looking for outstanding customer-focused individuals to join a world-leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression. Ideally, you will have worked within the hospitality sector previously and have a good foundation and knowledge of customer service.
Responsibilities:- Handling, preparing and ferrying alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Presenting the award-winning food to the guests at the table
- Welcoming guests and taking orders
- Care about customer satisfaction and deliver the optimal client service experience
- Serving guests in a friendly, welcoming, and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Help answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage choices and related items
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Being friendly yet professional
- Being a team player with an ability to resolve conflict and take criticism
