Hospitality Manager opportunities at Nottingham Forest Football Club for the 2026/27 Football Season. Roles involve matchdays and non-matchdays in a fast and innovative catering facility with opportunities for career progression. Ideally, you will have worked within the hospitality sector previously and have a good foundation and knowledge of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Ensure allocated Hospitality room is set prior to guests arriving
- Providing an in-depth staff brief prior to service
- Delivering exceptional service to our guests and managing staff
- Adhering to Food Safety alongside Health & Safety procedures
- Completing relevant documentation as required by the company
- Reporting staff potential to the fixed Hospitality management team, to aid in supporting their progression
- Confident and good knowledge to assist guests with queries alongside resolving any issues
- Leading and motivating a team, whilst driving a great guest experience and maintaining high service standards
- Opening/closing procedures of the allocated Hospitality area
- Adhering to Food Allergens process and procedures
- Adhering to Licensing Laws alongside company policies
- Flexibility and adaptability to changes, working in different rooms when required
- Ensuring staff are following Company policies alongside fulfilling their role
