Main Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and assembly of food items for kiosk service during matchdays and events
- Support chefs and cooks with basic food preparation tasks, including ingredient prep and portioning
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen, storage, and preparation areas at all times
- Wash utensils, equipment, trays, and kitchen tools promptly and safely
- Replenish stock, ingredients, packaging, and service supplies throughout service periods
- Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating stock in line with food safety procedures
- Ensure all food hygiene, allergen, health & safety, and stadium regulations are followed
- Support smooth and efficient food service during high‑volume matchday operations
- Monitor and dispose of waste appropriately while helping maintain tidy work areas
- Assist with setting up and closing down kiosk kitchen areas before and after events
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to support service efficiency
- Respond quickly to changing service demands and support the wider catering operation where needed
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude in a fast‑paced stadium environment
- Help ensure food preparation areas are fully stocked and operational throughout service
- Carry out additional catering support duties as directed by supervisors or kitchen management
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in a kitchen, catering, hospitality, or food preparation environment essential
