Responsibilities
- Coordinate the smooth flow of food orders between kitchen and front‑of‑house teams during matchday service.
- Ensure all dishes leaving the kitchen meet presentation, quality, and portion standards.
- Organise and manage food tickets to maintain accurate and timely service.
- Communicate clearly with chefs, runners, and hospitality staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Check orders for accuracy before food is sent to kiosks, hospitality areas, or dining spaces.

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen pass and surrounding service areas.

- Support stock replenishment of pass equipment, garnishes, sauces, and service items.

- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup, cleaning, and equipment checks.
