Following on from our biggest season yet, we are looking to start the new upcoming season where we left off. Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests in premium hospitality and fine dining areas on matchdays and event days.
- Provide a professional, attentive, and personalised guest experience at all times.
- Prepare dining areas to high presentation standards, including table setup, linen, glassware, and cutlery.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently and accurately in line with fine dining service standards.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge of menus, wines, beverages, and hospitality packages.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally to requests or enquiries.
- Work closely with kitchen, bar, and hospitality teams to ensure seamless service throughout events.
- Ensure tables and service areas remain clean, organised, and well‑presented during service.
- Follow all food hygiene, health & safety, allergen, and licensing regulations.
- Operate tills and payment systems accurately where required.
- Assist with stock replenishment, polishing glassware/cutlery, and general hospitality preparation tasks.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally to maintain a high‑quality hospitality experience.
- Support opening and closing duties, including setup, clearing, and cleaning responsibilities.
- Maintain professionalism, discretion, and composure in a fast‑paced premium hospitality environment.
- Uphold the stadium's brand standards and commitment to outstanding customer service throughout all events.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in fine dining, hospitality, events, or premium food and beverage service essential.
