Responsibilities
- Attend all meetings and training sessions when required.
- Show a proactive and flexible approach to all areas of work and work to the best of your ability at all times.
- Complete any reasonable request whilst being adaptable to changes.
- Comply with all company Terms & Conditions including grooming and social media policies.
- Ensure all breaks are taken at the correct times in line with company policy.
- Be willing to assist or move to other areas of the business to further develop skills or meet the demands of the business.
- Maintain all areas of the facility to an exceptional standard of cleanliness and appearance.
- Ensure customer requirements and satisfaction are met throughout the day and good customer relations prevail at all times.
- Ensure all crockery, cutlery and glassware is polished.
- Clear store rooms, function rooms, bars and kiosks of all equipment once the room is completed.
- Use quiet periods during the day to ensure the necessary preparation is done for the following day.
- Ensure the safe and secure storage of equipment and stock.
- Collect deliveries in a timely manner and redistribute to the relevant place.
- Secure property that is left until such time as collected.
- Report any broken equipment, soup kettles or chaffing dishes, remove it from circulation and either dispose of it or move it to await repair.
- Set up function suites, bars and kiosks as per function sheet and provide all necessary mis‑en‑place in the most efficient and productive way, setting as far ahead as practicable and accommodating changes as necessary.
- Complete any other reasonable request.
