We\βre looking for a motivated and Multi-skilled Engineer reporting to the Hard FM Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of Hard FM services across a regional cluster. This includes managing contractors, suppliers, and service delivery through our planned and reactive maintenance systems, while ensuring full compliance and outstanding service delivery.
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Multi-skilled Engineer to maintain and ensure the smooth operation of our site facilities. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders as part of a collaborative team, maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and customer service.
What You\βll Do
- Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across M&E and building fabric systems
- Maintain plant, equipment, and building services to required standards
- Complete PPM tasks in line with the maintenance schedule
- Identify, report, and resolve faults proactively
- Manage and work alongside subcontractors for statutory testing and maintenance
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety, statutory, and Sodexo Zero Harm standards
- Maintain accurate records using CAFM/CMMS systems (including Maximo)
- Provide real-time updates to the Digi Hub and report issues to the Hard FM Supervisor
- Support emergency response, business continuity, and small project works
- Participate in out-of-hours and weekend maintenance rotas as required
What We\βre Looking For
Essential
- HND, NVQ, or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services
- IOSH Passport or CSCS Card
- Minimum 5 years\β experience in electrical or mechanical building services
- Fit and active with a good health record
- Fluent written and verbal English (business level)
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability
- Proficient IT skills (Excel, Word, MS Office, CAFM/CMMS systems)
Desirable
- Property maintenance experience
- Experience using EZMax or Maximo
- Experience managing subcontractorsPrevious AP/CP appointment (Electrical, Boilers & Pressure Systems, Working at Height, Confined Spaces)
- Knowledge of CDM Regulations
