As a Multi Skilled Security Officer at IBF Sevington, Ashford, Kent, TN25 6GE
You will play a critical role in maintaining a secure, safe, and positive environment for all employees, visitors, and clients. This position requires a dependable individual who can remain alert, enforce site protocols, and respond effectively to various situations. You\βll be a visible presence on site, combining vigilance with excellent customer service to support Sodexo\βs commitment to operational excellence and safety.
Responsibilities
- Be professional, pleasant, friendly, courteous and helpful at all times whilst carrying out duties of he highest level.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, ensuring customers are consistently informed throughout the process.
- Provide assistant to clients, contractors and visitors ensuring all site procedures and polices are adhered too.
- To liaise closely with statutory authorities, dealing with incidents and providing information to support.
- Continuous monitoring of site radio systems adhering to the correct procedures.
- Maintaining site records such as reference materials, incident forms and site occurrence book.
- To develop excellent working relationships with our on site client.
What You Will Bring
- A valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) Licence β essential for this role.
- A strong sense of responsibility and integrity, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
