Nutrition & Dietetic Assistant (Ivalua)

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Nutrition & Dietetic Assistant to join our Nutrition & Dietetics team. This role will support the collection, validation and maintenance of nutrition, allergen and ingredient data, ensuring product information is accurate, compliant and up to date.
Working closely with the Head of Nutrition & Dietetics, internal teams and external suppliers, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation of the Ivalua system, including data loading (PriCat), data quality assurance and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). You will also support menu analysis and wider nutrition projects across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, verify and maintain nutrition, allergen and ingredient data.
- Support the implementation of Ivalua and PriCat data loading processes.
- Conduct quality checks on product specifications and nutrition information.
- Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers and internal stakeholders to obtain and validate data.
- Support menu analysis and nutrition-related projects.
- Provide guidance on nutrition and allergen queries.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies to ensure compliance and consumer safety.
Essential Skills & Experience
- UK Registered Dietitian or Registered Nutritionist with relevant food industry experience.
- Knowledge of food labelling, allergens, nutrition information and product specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Confident working with databases, Excel and other data management systems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.
- Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
