Package Description Rate of Pay : 13.90 per hour Shifts : 3 on 3 off, 12- 22:30pm, 35 hours MUST be able to provide 5 years of working history in UK & UK address history The role will be made permanent upon gaining references for full pass. Main Responsibilities To ensure that the Company's and statutory regulations regarding hygiene, safety, and cleanliness are complied with and all tasks undertaken according to Safeguard regulations. To clean allocated pieces of heavy catering equipment using instructions and cleaning materials including air filter and extraction systems. Empty bins and ensure waste is separated as per the regulations To dispose of waste materials from catering areas to designated compactors To operate industrial dishwashers and glasswashers in all catering areas. To transport provisions, equipment and other catering related items as required. To maintain clean working environment at all times, with special regard to hygiene General Kitchen cleanliness, including deep cleans Ideal Candidate Strong communication skills Basic food hygiene Highly motivated. Attention to detail. Airport Lounge experience would be useful. Flexibility required accommodating shifts patterns.
