Salary hourly rates including RRP are from 18.19 to 21.76 per hour, that equates to the range of dependant on level and experience is 35,572.88 to 42,543 per annum.

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, with equivalency confirmed via a Statement of Comparability from ENIC where qualifications have been gained out with the UK.

We are looking for a professional with extensive experience in the maintenance, repair, and installation of complex ventilation systems and building services. What You'll Do:

  • Diagnose, maintain, test, and repair complex ventilation systems, plant, control systems, and associated equipment.
  • Assemble and install minor works across multiple trade disciplines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Investigate breakdowns and faults, identify root causes, and undertake remedial actions promptly.
  • Liaise with external contractors and internal teams, ensuring safe working practices and adherence to policies.
  • Utilise technical knowledge and skills to convey information, coordinate repairs, and work independently under pressure.
  • Maintain accurate records of plant history, risk assessments, and technical documentation.
  • Adhere to legislation, codes of practice, infection control, safeguarding policies, and promote a safe environment for staff and patients.

What You Bring:

  • NVQ Level 3 qualification required.
  • Qualified to a minimum of HNC level or equivalent in a relevant building discipline.
  • NHS or healthcare facilities experience.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage your workload and stay calm under pressure.
  • Experience with Design and Build projects.
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, and COSHH.
  • Trained and competent at safe isolations and verifications of NHS Healthcare Critical Ventilation Systems.
