We're looking for a Pricing & Estimating Lead to act as the commercial expert within our multidisciplinary bid team, shaping competitive, compelling and commercially robust solutions that drive Sodexo's growth and retention. In this role, you'll lead pricing for IFM and single service bids, collaborate closely with Bid Management and Business Development, build commercial assumptions, model scenarios, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure full governance alignment. You'll take ownership of labour modelling, reactive data analysis, rostering, complex customer pricing templates, supply chain strategy and mobilisation/transition pricing, while engaging key stakeholders throughout the bid cycle and championing continuous improvement. FM experience is essential, ideally with recent exposure to IFM pricing or FM operations, and a strong ability to translate client requirements into commercially sound, innovative solutions.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead pricing for IFM and single service bids
- Build and own pricing models (labour, costing, etc.)
- Work with bid, ops and commercial teams to develop solutions
- Manage stakeholders and keep everything on track to deadlines
- Identify risks and opportunities within bids
- Support governance and clearly explain pricing decisions
- Contribute to mobilisation and transition costs
- Help improve how we price and deliver bids going forward

- Experience in FM pricing, outsourcing, or FM operations
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
- Good understanding of FM services and how they're delivered
- Able to work at pace and manage multiple bids
- Confident working with stakeholders across the business
