We're looking for an experienced FM Estimator (Pricing) to take ownership of pricing across IFM and single-service bids, acting as the commercial lead within a multi-disciplinary bid team. This role is focused on end-to-end ownership of FM tender pricing, requiring someone who has led bid submissions and built robust commercial models within an outsourcing environment. You will be responsible for translating operational solutions into compelling, competitive pricing submissions that balance risk, value, and customer requirements.

Working closely with Bid Management, Business Development and operational teams, you will develop pricing strategies, build detailed costing models, identify risks and opportunities, and lead the pricing workstream through governance to final submission. You will take full ownership of labour modelling, reactive data analysis, rostering, customer pricing templates, supply chain inputs, and mobilisation/transition pricing, ensuring all outputs are accurate, defensible, and commercially sound. This role is suited to candidates with proven experience leading FM / IFM bid pricing - not those operating in purely finance or support roles.

Main Responsibilities

  • Act as the accountable pricing lead on IFM and single-service bids
  • Own and develop end-to-end pricing models (labour, costing, scenario modelling)
  • Lead the pricing workstream within the bid team and coordinate key stakeholders
  • Translate operational solutions into robust commercial submissions
  • Identify, quantify and manage risk and opportunity within bids
  • Support governance processes and clearly articulate pricing decisions
  • Contribute to mobilisation and transition pricing
  • Continuously improve pricing methodologies and bid processes

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven ownership of end-to-end FM / IFM tender pricing
  • Experience pricing Facilities Management contracts (hard and/or soft services)
  • Background within FM, IFM or outsourced services environments
  • Strong Excel and commercial modelling capability
  • Ability to manage multiple bids in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders across bid, commercial and operational teams

Package Description

Up to £80,000 per annum depending on experience. In addition, we offer 20+ Sodexo benefits such as Sodexo retirement plan, discounts to over 1,900 brands, gym discounts, and a confidential 24/7 employee assistance programme providing emotional, legal and financial support. We actively encourage applications from underrepresented groups and are proud to be a Disability Confident Leader.
